Diving in the Pacific is quit different from Carribean. There are fewer types of coral and much greater varietys and quantities of fish. You will find Butterfly Fish, Blue Tang, Sergeant Major, French Queen & King Angelfish, Scrawled filefish, triggerfish, Parrot fish, grouper, stone fish, puffer fish, Mooris idol, tuna, tarpon, moray, nurse and whitetip shark (safe for divers), lobster,oysters, several types of rays, starfish.

The whale season is from August to December when Humpback whales come from both the northern and southern hemisphere to calve in the warm waters of the Las Pearls. In March, one will occasionally find whale sharks basking near the islands.
